Event logistics are my jam. I have held many roles in event work, from stage manager to sponsor manager to producer, for corporate events to non-profit galas. My greatest love is managing events in the marching arts.

For 10 years, I stage managed all over the Austin scene, at theatres like Dougherty Arts Center, the State Theatre, Public Domain, The Hideout, Blue Theater, The Off Center, Vortex, and my home-away-from-home Hyde Park Theatre. I also stage managed at many non-traditional sites – Ritz Lounge, Electric Lounge, an Opera House in Columbus, Texas, and a farm in the middle of nowhere.

For nearly 20 years I have managed all areas from configuring the ticketing system, taking phone reservations, staffing volunteers, and planning for positive guest experiences when handling 400 guests in unconventional locations like a Goodwill and community swimming pools.

I stage managed a live sketch comedy show that was filmed for a TV pilot. I was Production Coordinator and 2nd AD for a local film. I stage managed live music shows at various venues, including One World Theatre, Little Darlin’, and the Austin Kite Festival. For 6 six years I was a stage manager for SXSW Music.
