World class independent percussion ensemble (Rhythmic Force):

As Entertainment Director, I book the group for events year-round. During the competitive season (WGI/ NTCA/TCGC), as Operations Director, I support the ensemble with tasks such as planning competition days, organizing parent volunteers, booking travel, building set and props, organizing audition camps, and more.

Open class DCI Corps (Guardians Drum and Bugle Corps):

As Tour Manager, I worked closely with the Tour Director to be the point person for all tour needs while on the road, including housing sites and competition sites, and scheduling rehearsals’ and competition days’ logistics. In addition for the 2022 season, I planned and executed all meals for 125 people.

High School Band Boosters (Akins High School):

4 years (3 years as President) of volunteering year-round, with the most work during marching season. I organized the tasks and flow of the pit crew, coordinated volunteers, and lovingly served as band mom to 100-150 students per year. As President of the Band Boosters, I also facilitated monthly meetings for the board and the general booster population and any support requested by the band directors. I handled purchasing and distribution of student marching supplies (shoes, gloves, polos, etc.) and solicited corporate sponsorships. Competitions include UIL, BOA, USBands, TCGC.
